Despite our best efforts, ELIXER cannot be held responsible for delays caused by external factors.

Handling & Transit Times

  • Handling Time: 0–1 days (Mon–Sat)

  • Transit Time: 1–2 days (Mon–Fri)

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 3:00 PM GMT

Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed the following working day.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive:

  • Your unique tracking number

This allows you to monitor your delivery every step of the way.

Delivery Address Accuracy

Return to Sender

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Insufficient address information
